Me, Cyber-terrorist ! The bug is solved

The bug which lead some of you to an HTTP 403 Error - Access forbidden is now solved. After exchanging a couple of mails with the company hosting this blog, it appears that the source of the problem was their keyword based security system. Some of my posts were flagged as “suspicious” because of the repeated use of the word… cockpit !

Secrets Airlines Prefer You Don’t Know

Airline passengers have rights in case of delay or flight cancellation, even if airlines are not communicating a lot about it… guess why. European regulations updated on 17 February 2005 include compensations up to the full price of the ticket !

Any victim (oops, passenger) has to claim for his rights. Yes, airlines do infrom passengers, usually with a font size of one or two pixels… Even if you go to the European Union website and achieve to find the text of the regulation (good luck), you’ll then have to interpret it. If you’re not a lawyer, it won’t be piece of cake.

If you’re not used to claims or EU text interpretation, just visit www.airpassengers.eu/ You will find there an understandable version of the rules, practical tips, and even the description of what you have to do if an airline does not respect your rights.

Sorry airlines…
