To replace the pictures with a clickable link and moving the sidebars to the bottom for instance may be a few ways of achieving that. Downloading web content on a cell phone is quite expensive, so some kind of "light weight" version for that purpose would be a great new addition to the site. :) Maybe you could call it wap.plasticpilot.net or something? .... :) I have a php script that can automatically check wether a visitor to the site is on a mobile device for the purpose of automatic redirection.
