		<description>I can&#039;t believe that people are making this a &quot;China&quot; thing already.  Was the prototype even built in China?  In any case, thats interesting information that it was a flat spin from 10k.  Its certainly plausible that the breakup occurred after loss of control due to an overstress.</description>
