Thank you Axel. The posts about the Cirrus and the Avidyna are on the way, but it takes time to write them. Both legs were VFR, but I played the “head down” game a bit, while my pilot was looking out…

To make the long story short, I just want one.

Great pictures!
I am looking forward to hearing your views on the comparison between the Avidyne and the G1000. Particularly since I’ll likely start flying the G1000 myself in November.

I saw it was pretty foggy in some of the pictures. Did you have a chance to get some actual IFR time in the Cirrus and the Avidyne while there? And besides the Avidyne, how was flying the Cirrus SR22 in general?

I am looking forward to reading your upcoming posts on this experience!
