That would be awesome....looking forward to hearing more about that! Probably due to higher maintenance cost related to the Thielert bankruptcy (at least that's what I've been told), my flight school here in Florida bumped up the rental price for the DA42 with about 100 dollars. Therefore I have decided to do my multi rating on the - less exciting, but now far less expensive - Piper Seneca. A friend of mine here is instructing on the DA42 and according to him it is a breeze to fly....so in other words you should be up for some great fun with that multi rating! :) I am looking forward to reading about your flying adventures and upcoming stories in the new year and meanwhile I will keep myself busy working towards my own goal of becoming a multi-rated commercial pilot.
