It's a fairly high radio mast, very difficult to spot in most meteorological conditions. To be fair, the reporting point is not the mast itself but "South of the 2RN radio mast". The only time it's easy is when fog covers the ground, the mast sticks above the layer of fog. Another way to find it is follow the M5 highway from the South, it's right after an interchange. And I completely agree with Jean-Michel's comment about yellow zones on charts... quite useless for accurate visual navigation in most cases.
