flying with a Swiss medical and a German PPL is certainly feasible, but the problem is also to go back to Switzerland to renew it periodically. Some friends in Germany told me that the German interpretation of the medical rules are very hard. If you loose blood, anyhow, whatever quantity, you can&#039;t fly before asking your medical examiner before. Ouch.</description>

that s quite strange that the German authority doesn`t recognize the Swiss medical certificate. I fly with Civil Aviation Authority license and yet I hold a Swiss Class 2 medical.</description>
