Readers Poll – Political orientation
This one has been on my waiting list for a while. This is may be not a politically correct question, but I’d like to know…
Do you have a political orientation ? Are you more left-ish or right-ish ? For US readers, Democrat, Republican ? Ecologist ? Without specific political orientation ?
And finally, does this impact your flying ?

Sure it impacts our flying: left-leaning, right rudder, right-leaning, left rudder
That’s actually something I really enjoy about the aviation community, politics are very rarely mentioned, and then usually in a non-partisan manner. Politics seem to have more of an impact in the unionised part of aviation, since which side of politics is in power controls the position of the pendulum between unions and management.
