One of my favorite source of information is www.planenews.com. I already posted about this site in early december when they opened their pilot shop. However there is much more than the pilot-shop in planenews, particularly a good series of RSS feeds. You can have them per category, or all together in a single feed.
The scope of planenews is quite wide, ranging from airport security to space, aviation business and politics, and obviously aviation accidents.
If you decide to become a member (for free), you get access to the downloads and reviews sections. Members can also exchange messages, submit reviews or images to download. Members can also enjoy surfing the site with no adverts. Last but not least, members can submit their own aviation-related news.
(Clarification: I’m a member, I joined today. I read their RSS feed daily, and my blog has been cited in this feed recently. I don’t have any business relation with planenews)
